The advanced level two training with Haunani Hopkins is a deep and therapeutic work, also adressing injuries and physical traumas. Besides the body work we were pounding “Poi” and cooking “Lau Lau”, we went on a canoe trip and studied the Ho’oponopono prayer, ending with a ceremony at sunset. Most of all we laughed a lot. Miss Skelly had severe trouble loosing her limbs all the time, being so released.

Four days of traditional Lomi Lomi teaching with Haunani Hopkins, a diciple of Aunty Margaret Machado. We are practicing this slow, very deep and concious body work along with Hawaiian prayers and chants, cooking Vegan Pad Tai for lunch and visiting the Amy Greenwell´s garden for Hawaiian historical knowledge.
And, no, I didn´t buy the Corvette.

After some 28 hours of journeying, followed by a rental car pick-up and driving through unknown territory in the middle of the night (going way too far and missing every possible turn at least once), this is where I found myself waking up in the morning. “The Goddess Sanctuary” in the middle of what feels like a jungle is an amazing place to stay and Dhiana is a host of a kind.
